The Carlin School

Now the Carlin School was over in the Malloy area, at what is now Grahams Ferry Road and about where the turn off to the Coffee Crick [Creek] gravel pit and a little north of the Coffee Creek penal facility [built in 2000]. Our baseball team was invited over to play a game of baseball with the Carlin kids, and I remembered they had just [blown] cut down a couple of trees and they blew up the stumps, but didn't fill the holes and the infield was a bit rough.
